Lunch in The New Inn in Marsden a couple of weeks ago with the family. I love occasions like this and fortunately we do manage to get together quite often. We are all family orientated which pleases me. Rosie, Joe and Jacob at the top of the road where I live. Daniel's idea of a joke. We wait at Honor oak for a train to take us to the pub quiz
Goodness knows what was happening here. I was possibly berating Daniel for taking the photo
In the pub during the quiz. We came 2nd which was very good I thought and we had a super evening. The set of The Wright's Stuff. Some of the audience are regulars and the phrase Get A Life comes to mind. I hated it and was most embarrassed during the whole procedure. A shot during the show taken by Daniel - secretly. I look rather vague I think. After the show and we were ringing our families up to find out what we looked like.
Lunch in the Terrace canteen in the Houses of Parliament. Heavily subsidised and the menu was super. We saw Charles Kennedy getting his meal but the MP's eat behind a screen.
Having a session with the frozen peas. They beat anything, I think, for pain relief
Enjoying a bluetoothing session. I really love doing this so maybe one can say Get a Life to my sister and I.
At Kings Cross saying goodbye to Daniel who had given his Mum and me a super time. Our last view of him from the other platform.
On the way there in the pouring rain. This is Rosie and Kelvin's car in front of us.
Rather out of sequence but this is before the TV show with the floor manager outside the studio. Another little escapade on the London Eye. £17 to go on it - phew. The people in the pod were mainly Americans!!!
Hobbling across the bridge on our way to Parliament
One gorgeous room in Westminster where we were not really supposed to be taking photos. Sumptuous
Me in the throne room captivated by the splendour and I am not joking here.
